1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
Items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
Products must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
Customised or made-to-measure outfits are non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing defect.

Provide your order number and reason for return/exchange.
Once approved, you will receive return shipping details.
The cost of return shipping will be borne by the customer, unless the return is due to our error.
4. Refunds
Refunds will be processed via your original payment method within 5–7 working days after the returned item is received and inspected.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear pictures of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
