1. Introduction
This policy governs the dropshipping services provided by ELNAZ Lifestyle and NeedleCraftPK for ladies and kids clothing displayed on our websites (www.elnazlifestyle.com and www.needlecraftpk.com). Our aim is to enable resellers to market and sell our ready-to-wear products through our online platforms and their own channels (social media, Daraz.pk, etc.).
2. Definitions
- Reseller: An independent seller who markets our products on their chosen platforms.
- Customer Credentials: Contact and order details provided by the reseller for each sale.
- Reselling Cost: The agreed price per product, including applicable courier charges.
3. Reselling Process
- Marketing: Resellers are authorized to promote our ladies and kids clothing displayed on our websites on their personal platforms.
- Order Placement: Resellers will collect customer orders and forward the customer credentials along with the appropriate reselling cost (inclusive of courier charges) to our designated order processing team.
4. Order Fulfillment & Shipping
- COD Basis: All orders are processed and shipped on a Cash-on-Delivery (COD) basis.
- Packaging: We guarantee that each product will be shipped in excellent, acceptable condition.
- Shipping Time: Orders will be dispatched promptly upon confirmation of the order details and payment.
- Unsuccessful Deliveries: In the event of an unsuccessful delivery, the order amount will be returned to the reseller after deducting the courier charge, or it can be adjusted against the reseller's credit account with our company, if applicable.
5. Payment Terms
- Resellers are responsible for submitting the complete reselling cost (product cost plus courier charges) when placing an order.
- Payments should be made via the designated payment methods provided by our team.
6. Return & Refund Policy
- Return Period: Customers have a 1-week return policy from the date of delivery.
- Return Conditions: Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging.
- Refund Process: Once the returned product is inspected and approved, the refund will be processed as per our standard refund procedures.
7. Reseller Responsibilities
- Accurate Information: Provide correct customer details and order information.
- Promotion: Use ethical marketing practices on all channels.
- Product Availability: Before marketing any product on their selling platforms, resellers are strictly bound to confirm the availability of the said product to avoid any inconvenience and embarrassment after order confirmation for their clients.
- Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries and initial complaints, escalating any issues to our support team when necessary.
8. Dispute Resolution
- Any disputes arising from orders or returns will be managed through direct communication between the reseller and our support team, with both parties working toward a prompt and fair resolution.
